Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda is hiring a personable and motivated Service Greeter. The Service Greeter is responsible for receiving and assisting customers.
Other duties include:
- Greeting all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controlling service traffic flow and parking.
- Determining if customers coming into service have an appointment.
- Recording customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Delivering completed cars after service completion (Active delivery).
- Answering phones
- Performing Repair Order pre-writes for service.
- Creating key ring tags and walk-around sheets.
- Assisting Service Advisors with daily tasks.
- Delivering Written Repair Orders to Dispatcher, returning completed Repair Orders from dispatcher to Service Advisors.
- Driving vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot.
- Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

This job is scheduled on a 4-day work week! Although Saturdays are required, every three weeks you get Friday through Tuesday off!
Pay is $16-$18 hourly.
