Dave Mungenast Collision Assistance Center is hiring a Detailer. The Detailer is responsible for cleaning vehicles.
Other duties include:
- Washing vehicle exterior, cleaning interior and exterior windows, and wiping down doorjambs.
- Vacuuming interior of vehicles.
- Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface.
- Reporting any safety issues immediately to management.
- Transferring customer vehicles from dealerships to Body Shop.
- Using proper eye, hand, and body protection.
- Assisting customers with plate removal as well as collecting personal items from the vehicle.
- Cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- This position requires occasionally pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as well as standing all day and frequent movement (i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting in and out of vehicles).
- Courteous, effective, and professional communication with customers and staff is required.
Scheduled is Monday-Friday.
Pay starts at $16 an hour.
